OTHER ISSUES: 1. Further information is required on how the DOE closed CAR4 regarding the meter with HTSC no. 740 where only two of three WEGs belonged to this project, including capacity and the actual individual generations of these three WEGs. 2. The DOE verified that the electricity generated from WEGs is evacuated through the nearest sub-stations, but the monitoring report only provides a single value of the net electricity supplied to the grid. The electricity generation data should present the actual measurement records from the energy meter readings at substations as stated in the revised monitoring plan.
