1. In accordance with the monitoring report the EGye and EGyi are both measured by M1, M2, M3 and M4. The sale receipt should be used as cross check. However, it is not explained from where the sale receipt number comes from. Therefore the DOE is requested to clarify the source of the sale receipt numbers and if it comes from a different equipment other than M1, M2, M3 or M4, the details of the equipment should also be included in the verification and certification report, as per requirements described in paragraph 214, 215, 216 and 217 of the VVS. 2. In the previous monitoring plan, the project stated that the EGye and EGyi were measured using 0,2S and 0,5S equipment. In the monitoring report and the verification and certification report it is stated that all the meters used for the current monitoring period are 0,5S. As per paragraph 4 (beer) of Appendix 1 of the PS, all the readings should be adjusted. The DOE is requested to confirm if such adjustment was done or not as it is not clear in the verification and certification report. 3. The individual reading of M1, M2, M3 and M4 were not presented in any document or calculator provided as part of the issuance request.
