OTHER ISSUES: 1. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the appropriateness of the calibration and its frequency for the following equipment considering the dates of calibration during the previous monitoring period and this monitoring period. - Stack Gas Flow Meter for line A and B - Inlet N2O analyser for line A and B - Outlet N2O analyser for line A and B - Nitric Acid Flow Meter for line A, B and C - AOR Temperature for line A, B and C - AOR Pressure for line A, B and C - AOR Ammonia Consumption for line A, B and C 2. There is difference between the reported value by the PP (7.0 to 7.2) and confirmed value by the DOE (6.8 to 7.0) for actual operating pressure of line C. 3. The monitoring report says “List of analytical instruments and their frequencies of calibration are attached in Appendix 1 to Appendix 3”. However, the monitoring report does not contain Appendix 1 to Appendix 3.
