OTHER ISSUES: 1. The DOE shall include a FAR in the verification report to check that the calibration of check meters M1 and M2 is conducted annually as per the monitoring plan. 2. The PDD mentions accuracy of meters owned by both the grid and power company as 0.2s. However, the verification report mentions the accuracy of meters owned by the power company as 0.5. The monitoring plan should be revised prior to next request for issuance.
