OTHER ISSUES: 1. The PP is required to provide daily plant output of HNO3, actual operating temperature of ammonia oxidation reactors, actual operating pressure of the ammonia oxidation reactors, and actual ammonia flow rate to the ammonia oxidation reactor in the monitoring report at the intervals required by the registered monitoring plan and the approved methodology. 2. The applied methodology requires regular calibration of the tail gas flow meter, and the natural gas flow meter. Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified the calibration of these equipments as this information is missing in the verification report. 3. The monitoring report (p.7) stated that “the starting date of the second crediting period is defined as January 1 2007. ” Further clarification is required.
