1. The PP/DOE shall clarify the list of electricity consumption equipments of all the sites, since the verification report (p.9-10) only states that “For a sample of sites, the list of equipment considered in the calculation was cross-checked with the equipment installed at the site…” Other Issues 2. The monitoring report shall contain the reference data, such as emission factor and IPCC default values, used in the emission reductions calculation. 3. The spreadsheet shall contain the formulae of calculation in the spreadsheet cells or explanation with regard to application of formulae.
