1. The DOE shall provide clarification on how it has verified that the requirement of the monitoring plan and the applied methodology to directly measure the net quantity of electricity supplied to the grid from the project activity has been met. 2. The PP/DOE shall further clarify the reasons for claiming higher emission reductions than estimated in the PDD as the CERs claimed are 37% higher than estimated in the PDD even after accounting for electricity generated in two additional season months not anticipated in the PDD.
