OTHER ISSUES: The monitoring report stated that the electricity supplied to the grid is measured by the project participant (BK Energia) and the local grid company (CEAM). However, the DOE verified that the electricity generated and supplied to the grid is monitored by two meters that belong to the local power company. Further clarification is required on the measurement of electricity supplied to the grid including the calibration of the meter owned by the PP.
