1) The DOE used the accumulated operating hours data (310 solar cookers sample) in order to determine the number of on-site sample size for another parameter (the number of solar cookers operating). The DOE is requested to clarify how it has determined the sample size for its own on-site check of the number of solar cookers operational as per EB65 Annex 2 paragraph 24 guidance. Please refer to EB65 Annex 2 paragraph 24..
