The PDD indicates a turbine type JP502-LH-190 (rated flowing of 22.81m3/s) to be installed in the project activity, however the DOE verified that a turbine type ZDJP502-LH-190 (rated flowing 22.92m3/s) has been installed instead. The DOE should clarify how it verified the project implementation in relation to the registered PDD and explain why a request for changes in PDD has not been submitted prior to the first request for issuance as per EB48 Annex 66.
