Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The DOE is required to explain how it has considered that the post-registration changes submitted along with the request for issuance do not require prior approval since some of the changes contain elements that modify the monitoring plan, such as the calculation of transmission losses and the revision of the monitoring points, which are not covered under Appendix 1 from the Project Standard.  Please refer to VVS version 05.0 - paragraph 265; PS version 05.0 - paragraph 5 from Appendix 1. 2) The DOE is required to explain if and how it has considered that the post-registration changes of the monitoring plan mentioned under 1) are in accordance with the selected methodology and all other applicable CDM rules and requirements.
