1. The DOE shall further substantiate the suitability of the input values to the investment analysis in line with the paragraph 113 (c) of VVM v1.2., in particular: (i) electricity tariff (whether the tariff issued in the grid tariff notification is applicable to the steel plant of the PP, and how the suitability of assumed tariff has been confirmed); (ii) annual O&M cost (each element of the annual O&M cost should be separately validated); (iii) annual electricity generation; and (iv) auxiliary consumption. 2. The DOE shall clarify why demand/capacity charge (avoided cost) has not been considered as saving to the project activity. 3. The PP shall monitor the quantity of WECM /Waste Gas used for energy generation (QWCM,y/QWG,y), quantity of electricity supplied to the cement plant by the project activity (EGj,y) and the electricity import from the grid (ECPJ,import i,y) in accordance with the ACM0012 v3. |
