1. The DOE is requested to further clarify how it has validated the suitability of the 15% interest rate used to calculate the WACC, in particular the date of the publication used as reference. 2. The DOE is requested to explain how it has validated the accuracy of the input values to the investment analysis in accordance with the requirements of the VVM, paragraphs 109 and 112. 3. The DOE should explain how it has validated the barrier analysis in line with the requirements of the VVM paras. 115 and 116. 4. The DOE should explain why the assessment of the alternatives for the disposal/treatment of the fresh waste in the absence of the project activity does not include scenario “Disposal of the waste at a landfill where landfill gas captured is flared” (M2) in line with the requirements of the methodology. 5. The PP/DOE are requested to revise sections A.4.3 and D.1 of the PDD in line with CL 14 raised by the DOE in the validation report. |
