1) The monitoring plan of the registered PDD does not include the monitoring of the parameter FCdiesel (Quantity of diesel fired in the captive power plant during the monitoring period), however, its consumption has been reported in the Monitoring Report. Besides, the monitoring of FC has not been conducted in accordance with the methodology and applied methodological tool, which requires the use of weight or volume meters, and its reporting in Mass or (normalized) volume unit per year (in m³, ton or l). Instead, the volume is reported in gallons. Please refer to VVM Paragraph 204..
