Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The DOE shall clarify why it has not applied paragraph 6 of EB52 Annex 60 in closing the CAR D2 considering that the verification report states that no evidence of calibration was provided by the project participants. Please refer to Paragraph 6 of EB52 Annex 60. 2) The DOE shall clarify why it considers an adjustment to the grid meter to be in accordance with paragraph 4 of EB52 Annex 60 and why it has not instead adjust the project activity (Phase I) by -0.2% export/+0.2% import and the other project activity (Phase II) by +0.2% export/-0.2% import. Please refer to Paragraph 4 of EB52 Annex 60.
