1) The DOE is requested to further clarify how para 4 of annex 60 of EB 52 has been complied with, as the DOE accepted the use of 0.34% in the project emissions calculations, while the revised monitoring plan mentions the permissible error of 1%. Please refer to EB 52 Annex 60.
