The PP/DOE shall clarify the following issues: 1. The AMS used for measuring VSG and NCSG for baseline and project campaign is suitable in accordance with European norm EN14181, as required by the methodology. 2. How the selection of a historical campaign from 1st October 2003 to 01st June 2004 in lieu of an abnormal campaign for establishing the operating parameters and normal campaign length is in accordance with the methodology, which specifies the use of previous five historic campaigns and excludes the values obtained from an abnormal campaign. 3. Why the baseline campaign between 01st February 2007 to 21st August 2007 was selected considering the long time gap in between baseline and the project campaign. 4. Why total operating hours of 4219 has been applied for calculating the baseline emissions considering the methodology requires to exclude N2O emissions beyond normal campaign length while estimating the baseline emissions.
