The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the calculation of baseline campaign length (21,035 tHNO3) considering that the nitric acid production during baseline campaign (NAPBC) is 22,178 tHNO3 and baseline emission factor and adjustment of N2O values measured beyond the normal campaign length (CLnormal: 21,043 tHNO3) during the baseline campaign for plant N1. OTHER ISSUES The PP is requested to provide the consistent data for normal operating temperature in the monitoring report (Page 21: N1 - 828.91~873.57, N2 - 864.79~883. 71 / Page 8 of Annex 1: N1 - 829.08~ 873.78, N2 - 864.86~883.69).
