1. The DOE is requested to further clarify on its statement "that all four boilers were not in operation during the monitoring period under consideration…"(p.8 verification report), and if all four boilers were not in operation, how the DOE verified the source of electricity generation in this monitoring period. 2. Clarification is required on whether there was any heat or energy source used for power generation other than the waste heat.
