Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1. The PP reported the hourly values of pressure and temperature of the methane, measured by pressure and temperature sensors, which were used to calculate an average density of the gas with a 95% confidence level in the monitoring report. However, the DOE stated on item 2.3.1 of the Verification Report that a methane density equals to 0.0007168 t CH4/Nm3 at standard temperature and pressure was determined ex-ante. The DOE is required to clarify how it verified the reported values of pressure and temperature monitored and how it verified the approach used to determine the density of the methane used to calculate ERs. 2. The PDD states that the project will have a total installed capacity of 8MW (8 x 1.064 MW) and the DOE verified that the project was installed with a different configuration (3 x 1.064 MW, 1 x 1.048 MW and 2 x 1.100 MW), reaching 6.44 MW. The DOE is required to clarify why a notification of changes or a request for approval of changes was not necessary in accordance with EB48 - Annex 66.
