The PDD (p 15) stated that “The project activity regarding methane emissions reduction is limited to the Talia site.” However, in the calculation of the emission reduction, the PP applied the methane destruction of 839.172 tCH4 based on the total quantity of methane for flaring and electricity generation and methane destruction in Hagal rather than the application of the measured amount of LFG of 833.158 tCH4 only from Talia landfill. Further clarification is required.
