OTHER ISSUES: It is noted that the 2.8 MW turbine produced electricity generation of 7,940kWh on 27/04/07 while the spreadsheet indicated that biomass consumption for boilers related to 2.8 MW unit was zero. The DOE is required to clarify what was the source of steam for 2.8MW turbine.
