1. The PP/DOE stated that the power generation component was not installed because the financial analysis does not make the project economically feasible. Clarifications are required on whether this is a permanent change from the PDD and which is the expected date to install the power house. OTHER ISSUES: 2. According with the monitoring plan, P and T from the LFG should have been measured to calculate the methane density. However, the Monitoring Report stated that these variables were not monitored and stated that “as established by the manufacturer, the mass flow meter registers the normalized volume at 21.1°C and 1.013 bar” (page 7). The DOE is required to clarify whether values of P and T were monitored, as the Verification Report states in page 8 that “LFG flow, temperature and pressure measurements are collected electronically”, and in page 9 that “Data of LFG flow is taken by a flow meter and also temperature and pressure are taken to convert the LFG flow into Normalized flow.”
