OTHER ISSUES: 1. The calculation of total electricity consumption at the Badulu Oya and Alupola plants does not include the data for October to December 2009. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the calculation of emission reductions. 2. The project at Alupola is not implemented as described in the PDD, with regard to the capacity of the turbine. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the conformity of the actual project activity and its operation with the registered PDD. 3. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified project emissions for the current monitoring period considering that it has included project emission of 479.5tCO2 which occurred in the first monitoring period.
