Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The DOE verified installation of one gas flow meter for measuring the volume of methane captured Flowbiogas,y, which is also used for measuring methane send to engine and flare.  The methodlogy AMS III.H v. 13 requires that the amount of biogas recovered, fuelled, flared or utilized (e.g., injected into a natural gas distribution grid or distributed via a dedicated piped network) shall be monitored ex post, using continuous flow meters. The DOE shall clarify how it verified that the requirements of the methodology AMS-III.H v. 13 and the registered monitoring plan regarding the separate measurement of biogas flow send to engines and to the flare has been met for the requested monitoring period.  Please refer to AMS-III.H version 13, Para. 36.
