OTHER ISSUES: 1. During this monitoring period, the project participant reported a total of 53.26688 tons HFC23 was decomposed. However, for the purpose of calculating eligible HFC23 for crediting, the quantity indicated as destroyed is 54.4286 tons, which is the quantity of HFC23 generated. This is also observed for the 2nd monitoring period, which is necessary to calculate the eligible HFC23 for crediting in this period. Clarification is required. 2. The monitoring report indicates the downtime of HFC23 incinerator as “10-14 September 2008”. Correction is required.
