OTHER ISSUES: The Executive Board at its 55th meeting noted concerns regarding the potential to inflate the baseline of HFC 22 CDM projects and thereby generate emissions reductions that are in excess of what would have been issued in accordance with CDM rules and requirements. Information is requested on the following: 1. Production levels of HCFC22 (monthly) from January 1, 2000 to present; 2. Records of sales of~HCFC 22 (monthly) from January 1, 2000 to present 3. Records of amounts not sold (monthly), if any, and account for any unsold amount 4. Provide information on the demand in the market relevant for the registered project activity since year 2000 5. In cases where production levels have increased above market demand for the registered project activity, please provide reasons for this situation 6. Provide information regarding the development of the w-factor (ratio of HFC23 renerated/amount of HCFC22 produced) since the start of production of HCFC22 in the facility, and explain reasons for any change that may have occurred.
