1) VVM version 1.2 paragraph 208 (b) requires the DOE to determine if information provided in the monitoring report has been cross-checked with other sources. The values reported for the total electricity export from Phase I and II measured in the main meter at 230 kV substation are inconsistent between the request for issuance for Phase I (PA2315) and Phase II (project activity) in the months of October and November 2011. The DOE is requested to clarify how it has determined if the information has been cross-checked and clarify why there are inconsistencies between two sets of reported data measured by the same meter. Please refer to VVM version 1.2 paragraph 208 (b).
