OTHER ISSUES: 1) The electricity generation/emission reduction in the first monitoring period is some 30 % higher than projected in the PDD. It should be reviewed whether this can sufficiently be explained by meteorological conditions or whether this is result of a permanent change of the project. The DOE is requested to verify that the project is implemented as desrcibed in the PDD. 2) For the baseline it is assumed that the water supply to the project will be reduced due to construction of an upstream water reservoir. Publically available information suggests that the completion of this reservoir may be significantly postponed. The DOE is requested to verify with the information providedin the PDD.
