Additional information | |
1. The DOE is requested to substantiate how it has validated that the defined project boundary is in line with para 8 of the applied methodology as for the project activity, the application of final sludge or effluent or treated water is not considered as part of project boundary. 2. The DOE has to clarify how it has validated the project emission (PEpower,y), in particular the power consumption by the stationary pumps, in line with VVM ver 1.2 para 87 (c) and 92-93. 3. The DOE is requested to substantiate how it has validated that the monitoring plan meets the requirement as outlined in paragraph 22 of the methodology i.e. emission reductions achieved in any year are the lowest of calculated value. 4. The DOE is requested to substantiate how it has validated the monitored parameters against the applied methodology, in particular: (a) frequency of monitoring/measurement of parameters; and (b) monitoring of parameter ndy (number of days in year “y” where the treatment plant was operational), in line with para 29 of the methodology. 5. The DOE is requested to substantiate how it has validated the calibration requirements (frequency, accuracy) of used measurement instruments in accordance with the para 27 of the applied methodology. 6. The DOE has to clarify how it has validated the flare efficiency monitoring method in line with para 26 of the applied methodology. |
