Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The DOE shall further explain how it has verified that the project activity has been implemented fully as the initial design of PDD, given the fact that the specific net electricity supply per unit of waste gas (0.65 kWh/m3 = 460,494 MWh / 7.08 x108Nm3) is 44% higher than the estimated value in the PDD (0.45 kWh/m3 = 417,041 MWh /9.21 x108Nm3). In doing so, please also provide the information on the operation of the project activity, including the total electricity generated and auxilliary electricity consumption due to the project activity, the energy balance of the power plant and the waste gas balance of the semi coke plants during this monitoring period etc. Please refer to Paragraph 195 of VVM version 1.2.
