The DOE states on page 10 of the Verification Report that the Monthly Reading Reports (MRR) covering the period from 00:00 on the 25th day of last month to 24:00 on the 24th day of next month were cross-checked to the Electricity Transaction Notes. However, on page 9 of the Monitoring Report the PP states that no ETN covering the period 03/03/2010-24/03/2010 was issued and data for this period was solely based in the MRR. The DOE shall clarify how it cross-checked the reported data for the period covering 03/03/2010-24/03/2010 in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 209 (b) of the VVM.
