1) According to the registered PDD, the expected electricity generated during a year is 2,675,400. The actual electricity generated during 2011 was 4,052,074. The electricity generated by the plant is considerably higher than the historical values presented in other monitoring reports and values presebted in the PDD. The DOE is requested to further clarify how para 197 of VVM and annex 67 of EB 48 have been complied. 2) According to the registered PDD, the expected natural gas consumption during a year is 576,030,000 m3. The actual natural gas consumed during year 2011 was 1,212,272,570 m3. The natural gas consumed per unit of energy generated is considerably different from the historical values presented in other monitoring reports and values presented in the PDD. The DOE is requested to further clarify how para 197 of VVM and annex 67 of EB 48 have been complied.
