The serial number of the main meter at the grid substation end in the current monitoring period is different from that in the earlier monitoring period. However in page 22/60 of the Verification Report the DOE has verified that there was no change of meters. The DOE is further requested to clarify how it verified that in the current monitoring period no meters have been changed and requirements in paragraph 184 (b-V) of the VVM has been met.
