1. Further clarification is required as to why the PP/DOE did not report the values of parameters representing pre-mining activities and coal mine methane separately as required in the applicable methodology. 2. A revision of monitoring plan should be submitted to align with the current installation of flow meters, i.e. two mines had an additional meter and another mine was lacking one.
