Additional information | |
Minor issue 1: The start date of the project activity should include a specific date (dd/mm/yyyy). Minor issue 2: Further clarification is required on how the DOE has validated the additionality of the project activity, in particular: (a) the barriers, and (b) the input values to the IRR calculation, including the investment costs, the tariff, the load factor and the benchmark. Further, the spreadsheet calculates the IRR over a ten year period, which is not consistent with the information in the validation report. Minor issue 3: The PP/DOE should clarify the emission factor used in line with the requirements of paragraph 10 of the applied methodology as no justification has been provided to use a emission factor higher than the default value of 0.8 KgCO2/kWh. Minor issue 4: The monitoring plan should include the consumption of diesel by the DG sets and account for project emissions, as and when applicable. |
