OTHER ISSUES: 1) The DOE verified the calibration certificates dates from Revenue Meter, Mose Meter and Backup Meter as 24/04/2009, which are beyond the end of the monitoring period, and stated in the verification report that the calibration records which covered this monitoring period were assessed to be credible and appropriate. Clarifications are required on whether previous calibrations were made in accordance with the frequency presented in the revised monitoring plan (i.e. yearly). 2) The PP/DOE are required to clarify why the readings of the Mose Meter were not reported neither on 25/12/2008 nor on 31/12/2008 and why the readings from the backup meters Meter M1 and Meter M2 were not used instead.
