The DOE shall clarify how it verified : (i) That the project activity has been implemented as per the description in the PDD considering that the verification report mentions the nameplate capacity of turbine as 2.4MW whereas the PDD and the monitoring report mention 2.3MW as the nameplate capacity of turbine. (ii) The electricity generated in the project activity using sales invoices as sales invoices are issued for net electricity exported to the gird. While replying this issue the DOE is requested to confirm which of these two values viz. sales invoice or electricity generated has been used for emission reduction calculations.
