The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the actual installed capacity of electric devices considering the inconsistency between the installed capacity in reference data sheet (0.84051 MW) and in the CER calculation sheet (0.8 MW). OTHER ISSUES The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the appropriateness of the calibration of spectrophotometer HACH 2000 (calibration certificates issued on 08/08/2007 and 03/09/2008) and #9 flume (certificates issued on 06/07/2007 and 09/09/2008) considering that it is confirmed by the DOE the yearly calibration is adequate for both equipment, though no specific frequency is requested or mentioned in the applied methodology and the monitoring plan.
