The project efficiency for each unit were monitored and calculated, however these values were not used and baseline efficiency values were applied in the calculation of emission reductions, because it was assumed that project efficiency is equal to baseline efficiency. Clarification is required since as per the methodology, this provision is only applied to determine baseline efficiency and not project efficiency.
