1) The DOE has raised a FAR to submit a notification of the changes in the PDD before next verification regarding the difference of the actual installed capacity from the description in the PDD. It is requested to clarify why a notification or a request for approval of changes from the project activity as described in the registered PDD has not been submitted prior to the conclusion of the verification/certification for the corresponding monitoring period as per paragraph 197 of VVM (Version 01.2). Please refer to Paragraph 197, VVM (Version 01.2).
