1. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified that the project activity was implemented as described in the PDD considering that the model numbers of the turbines (HL2052D-LJ-232 and HL2052D-LJ-162) and generators (SF-J45-18/4850 and SF J22-12/3840) actually implemented are different from those described in the PDD (turbine: HL150A, generator: SF45). 2. The DOE is requested to clarify why a notification or request for approval of changes was not submitted prior to the request for issuance as per EB 48 Annex 66, if the project activity was not implemented as described in the PDD.
