1. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the requirement in para 195 of VVM ver.1.2 that the actual project activity and its operation conforms to the registered PDD, considering that the turbines model number and capacity are different from those described in the registered PDD. 2. The DOE is requested to clarify why a notification or request for approval of changes from the project activity as described in the registered PDD has not been submitted prior to the request for issuance, as per para 197 of VVM ver.1.2.
