The PP/DOE is requested to clarify why a default value of 90% for flare efficiency was applied in some periods where no monitoring results for volumetric fraction of O2 and concentration of methane in the exhaust gas were available while registered PDD indicates that the flare efficiency is determined by continuous monitoring.
