The DOE/PP are requested to clarify: 1. How it verified that the calculation of net electricity exported using the electricity of meter 153*(1-1.35%)-(the electricity of meters 175 + 170 + 303)*2.3% and calculation of line losses using readings of the three meters (175, 170, 303) located in Gaoshan substation is in accordance with the monitoring plan. In addition, a schematic diagram that depicts the locations of various meters and the two substations should be provided. 2. Why the document [IRL 17], which was a confirmation by the grid company of electricity exported during 19/12/07 to 27/12/07 was issued after the verification period on 27/08/2008.
