1. The DOE is requested to provide justification as to how the emission reductions are the most conservative and in line with VVM version 1.2 para 208 (a) given that the calculation of baseline emissions considers a combustion efficiency of heating equipment as 1.00, which is not in line with the approved methodology AMS III-H version 4; 2. The value of quantity of sludge from UASB reactors have not been reported, in accordance with the approved revised monitoring plan. 3. Further clarification is requested as to how the date of commissioning of second reactor is mentioned as June 2006 in MR while it is mentioned as June 2005 in the verification report.
