1. The revised monitoring plan requires the calculation of the electricity supplied to the grid by the project (EGy) proportionally based on electricity delivered to the grid at substation multiplied by the ratio of gross project generation divided by total generation including non-CDM project (Chojilla Antigua). However, it is not clear how the calculation of EGy for the period of July 2007 - June 2008 was done in accordance with the revised monitoring plan. Further clarification is required on how monthly EGy was calculated in line with the revised monitoring plan. 2. It is noted that inconsistent data for build margin was presented in the spreadsheet. For example, “Generations Most Recently 20%” at GCH11 in “monthly results” sheet “for the period of May-June 2007 and July 2007 -June 2008 refers to 56,893.71 MWh and 350,889.88MWh while “ANNEX3 v.2 2st Issued” sheet indicates 73.92GWh and 351.95GWh for the respective periods. Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified the calculation of the grid emission factor.
