OTHER ISSUES: 1. According to the monitoring plan the NCV is to be recorded for every type of biomass but only the monthly average for all biomass types used were reported. 2. Please clarify how the DOE verified the diesel consumption, considering that the monitoring report states that the plant uses a small quantity of diesel by a DG set to meet emergency power requirement.
