1) The monitoring of fossil fuels used to operate tha project (Diesel and LPG) was conducted in accordance with the monitoring methodology, but these parameters were not included in the monitoring plan. The DOE is required to clarify how it has verified that the monitoring was conducted in accordance with the registered monitoring plan and the reasons for not submitting a request for revision of the monitoring plan. Please refer to VVM version 1.2 - paragraph 216. 2) The DOE is required to explain how it has verified the QA/QC procedures were correctly applied over the monitored parameters, as it was observed in the calculation spreadsheet that the percentage of methane concentration varied up to 99.9% (on 14/01/2011, at 14:00:38). Please refer to VVM version 1.2 - Paragraph 205. 3) The DOE is required to clarify how it has verified the correct calculation of ERs, as it was observed in the submitted spreadsheet that for several records either the flare temperature or gas flow or both at the same time were not within the ranges specified by the manufacturer, i.e. 800ºC to 982ºC and 1,083.97 Nm3/h to 6,498.72 Nm3/h, respectively (e.g., on 06/November/2010 at 11:56:26; on 07/November/2010 at 12:04:02; on 26/October/2010 at 13:32:26, among other records).
