The DOE is required to clarify how the monitoring of total amount of LFG collected was conducted in line with the applied methodology considering the fact that the PDD (p 5) states that “Some possible uses of the gas to be fully investigated include generation of electricity for onsite use, sale to a nearby industry, or to the national grid; or direct off-site use of the gas as a replacement for other fossil fuels.”
